So how can insurance ISVs use Atomikos?

"We wanted XA capability with multiple transactional datasources, deployable in a light weight application server. Having a robust XA Transaction Manager is a key component in our system architecture. Additionally, having support is crucial for us (and our customers) with a closed source product. Apart from the database and the ESB, Atomikos is the only other commercial software we use. We noticed significant reliability and performance improvements moving to the commercial ExtremeTransactions product. Additionally, we had first class support for a number of use cases previously unsupported with MS SQL and Atomikos. Engagement with the Atomikos team has always been first class. They have provided same day/next day patches for any issue we have presented, including working over weekends! I would recommend Atomikos ExtremeTransactions when an application requires a robust transaction manager and you want first class support from dedicated, knowledgeable individuals. Al Robertson (CTO, Hubio)"
