Manufacturing: avoiding costly duplicate jobs with Atomikos

A world-wide contact lenses manufacturer used Atomikos to track orders and at the same time dispatching the relevant job orders to various labs across the world. Without Atomikos, job orders could be sent without the order being stored. Customers would then reschedule the order, leading to new job orders being sent out.
