Atomikos Reseller Instructions

We have no specific reseller program; as far as Atomikos is concerned, resellers are transparent intermediaries between Atomikos and Atomikos subscription customers. Therefore, resellers must follow these instructions to sell Atomikos to their customers:

  1. Inform the end customer about our terms and conditions that must be accepted by the end customer.
  2. Accept that we provide NO REFUND. If resellers purchase subscriptions on behalf of an end customer then we cannot afterwards refund for failed deals.
