We are cur­rent­ly re-or­gan­is­ing our de­vel­op­er sup­port mod­el in the fol­low­ing ways:

  • Devel­op­er sup­port tick­ets are no longer of­fered in iso­la­tion but rather in pack­ets of 4
  • This for­mu­la has been re­named to de­vel­op­er ac­cess

There are a num­ber of rea­sons for do­ing this, but the most im­por­tant one is that we want to avoid cum­ber­some dis­cus­sions about whether a sup­port ques­tion is ac­tu­al­ly one, two or more tick­ets: every time this has hap­pened in the past, our cus­tomers were un­hap­py be­cause they need­ed to go back to their man­age­ment and ask for a bud­get one more time. Our new for­mu­la rep­re­sents a com­pro­mise that should cov­er most sce­nar­ios with just one pur­chase.
