Quick Up­date on Maven Cen­tral Re­pos­i­to­ry Syn­chro­niza­tion

We had sched­uled au­to­mat­ic synch­ing with Maven's cen­tral repos­i­to­ry for our 3.6 re­lease but so far we didn't man­age to get it to work. The rea­sons for this are main­ly tech­ni­cal ones at the lev­el of the syn­chro­niza­tion pro­to­col (rsync) and se­cu­ri­ty re­quire­ments.

Any­way, we are still look­ing for a good way to do this so we haven't giv­en up yet. It's just a bit more com­plex than we hoped for.
