Im­proved com­pat­i­bil­i­ty with Tib­co EMS

170445: Im­prove ClassLoad­ingHelper to al­low prox­ies for class­es with non-pub­lic in­ter­faces

When load­ing from dif­fer­ent jars, non-pub­lic in­ter­faces in the ven­dor's dri­vers could some­times lead to proxy cre­ation fail­ures for the JMS ses­sion. This was no­tably the case for Tib­co EMS. We now catch the er­ror and cre­ate a min­i­mal work­ing proxy in­stead.

Warn­ing: Known Is­sues With REST De­mos

Some of the REST demos don't work in this re­lease - this will be fixed in an up­com­ing re­lease. This will only af­fect de­vel­op­ment projects that are test­ing REST trans­ac­tions.
