Quick fix for re­cov­ery of ex­pired trans­ac­tions, rel­e­vant to all 4.0.x users.

164147: Re­cov­ery of ex­pired com­mit­ting Xid fails

Fixed a bug where re­cov­ery of an ex­pired com­mit­ting Xid failed silent­ly. As a re­sult, ex­pired com­mit­ting en­tries would stay in the trans­ac­tion log be­cause this would fail on every re­cov­ery scan. This has now been fixed.
