150704: Re­fine ex­cep­tion han­dling for case 149031

We've re­fined a pre­vi­ous fix to catch Throw­able rather than Ex­cep­tion - to tol­er­ate dif­fer­ences in non-com­pli­ant JDBC dri­ver be­hav­iour.

150490: Dead­lock dur­ing close and com­mit on mul­ti­thread­ed JMS con­nec­tion use

In some (rare) cas­es there would be a dead­lock on mul­ti­thread­ed JMS con­nec­tion use. This has been fixed.
