IMPORTANT: please note that there are certain prerequisites for getting support: first you need to certify your engineers, and then you need to have a certified configuration before you can get production support:

Support in 3 Steps

Make sure to plan carefully, to avoid delays:
  1. Train and certify your engineers (lead time: min. 1-3 weeks, online self-paced training available)
  2. Purchase developer access to have us certify your application's configuration (lead time: min. 1-4 weeks)
  3. Purchase production support to receive free upgrades and protect your certified configuration and production environment from bugs (lead time: accumulated lead time of steps 1 and 2 above)
