Developer Access (Developer Support)
Developer access (support) is a light-weight solution to support and entitles you to
developer support for all our products. Developer access means advice only, it does not include patches or fixes.
Subscribe to get remote production support plus the latest patches/fixes for Atomikos products.
Besides production support and indemnification, subscribers get free access to the full feature set of
Atomikos ExtremeTransactions® and gain additional transaction management features including:
- Transactions over RMI-IIOP
- Transactions over SOAP (web services)
- And Atomikos’ patent-pending TCC (Try-Cancel/Confirm)
Subscribers also receive free software upgrades, as well as telephone and email support.
Application Certification
This formula asserts whether or not you need developer access: after a quick scan through your log files, our tech team provides you with a brief report about what is going on within each transaction. This allows you to verify your assumptions/requirements against what is really going on and allows you to detect configuration problems early. We recommend this formula after every major configuration change you do.
