Supported JDBC Vendors
Any JDBC/XA compatible JDBC driver is supported.
This includes the following vendors:
- Oracle
- Informix
- FirstSQL
- DB2
- MySQL
- SQLServer
- Sybase

Note: this list is not exhaustive, so if you know other systems that are compatible then please let us know or (even better) go ahead and add them to this list. You can check this by looking in your driver documentation and checking if there is an implementation of javax.sql.XADataSource.

For best results and maximum ease, we recommend the
DataDirect JDBC drivers
. These will allow you to connect to multiple DBMS vendors with the same driver jars.
TODO: include test matrix or test program to assert XA compatibility of drivers/DBMS
